Why we think we are the best

- Price of only $35++ for unlimited Prime cuts of STEAK - our steak buffet has been grilling Loins including Striploin and Ribeye Loin which are well known to be the primary cuts.

- Wide range of sides offered including Fish, Pork and Chicken

- We have been committed to maintaining the quality of our Steak Buffet which sources Beef from New Zealand. The current Steak Buffet steaks are Ribeye and Striploin from New Zealand Angus Prime Steers. The steaks are lower grade than our Premium Economy Steaks in our Ala Carte menu.​​​

Please be advised that STEAK BUFFET is well loved by many for a fun and satisfactory protein loading and variety of sides. Steaks are Economy Standard - New Zealand Angus Ribeye / Striploin and are lower quality than our Premium Economy Steaks. We have selected prime cuts (Ribeye and Striploin) of decent quality for the value pricing of $35++ all you can eat steaks! Loved by gym go-ers - the macho, the lean, the fit - for the lean meat to tone their beautiful muscles and packs.

 

HOUSE RULES to ensure satisfaction for all of our guests

  1. Our staff will designate seats to optimize operations. Choosing of seats is chargeable at $1++ per pax

  2. Kindly do not attempt to try our steak buffet if you are interested in enjoying our premium steaks

    1. Please come with an open mind and understand that this is not a hotel class buffet. We are proud of our steak buffet which has a large following of happy repeat customers, while it may not be for some of you, kindly reserve any sensitive remarks or judgements in public

    2. Please note that the beef is New Zealand Angus with grading lower than our Australia Black Angus Ribeye; we may also choose beef of similar grade from other regions

    3. If you have not tried the Steak Buffet, please note that it may be a hit or miss depending on subjective personal taste preferences. If it is a miss, kindly order the $12 top up for 500gm of our popular Australia Black Angus Ribeye

THE STEAKS

Steaks for the Buffet are New Zealand Angus.

Ribeye, Striploin 125grams per serving

For faster cooking time so as to be able to provide timely service to our customers, Ribeye and Striploin are sliced to 250grams. The steaks are further cut into half so that each portion is about 125grams to allow customers to order more variety of items in our buffet menu.

​

Our kitchen team aims to grill them to medium-rare doneness. However, at times when there are high volume of steak buffet steak orders, there may be instances where the steaks may be cooked to medium. Nevertheless, they are still tender enough as the meat is still decent quality from New Zealand Angus.

We cannot emphasize enough that the Steak Buffet is only for the cool and true meat eaters! Not for the picky. Our Ala Carte menu is able to serve the needs of the picky :)
